Consulting Associate – Forensics

We are seeking a Consulting Associate with a background in forensics, litigation, and/or audit to join the team.

Associates (or Seniors) are given a wide variety of diversified assignments under the supervision of different professionals.

Projects primarily focus on litigation support and forensic investigation engagements.

Performance is judged based on the quality of work, application of accounting and business knowledge, and ability to meet time constraints.

Essential Functions:

Organize documents produced by counsel and/or clients.

Review documents in accordance with project strategy.

Data processing and analysis in accordance with project strategy.

Create schedules that can be reconciled to source documents.

Responsible for self-reviewing own work.

Respond to inquiries from project supervisor.

Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

Work with confidential client matters; require ability to keep matters confidential.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Strong analytical skills; a thinker, who can generate out of the box ideas.

Proficient in Word, Excel and Acrobat/OCR-type software.

Preferred at least one (1) year of public accounting or internal accounting/finance operational experience.

Ability to perform analyses independently and with due diligence.

Educational Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
