Front Desk Agent
El Royale is an apartment building from 1927 listed as a City of Los Angeles Historical Cultural Monument.
Located in Hancock Park, the El Royale sets the standard for vintage Hollywood architectural elegance and prestige.
Concierge Job Responsibilities:
Meets with tenants and provides outstanding customer service to all tenants, owners, and visitors of the hotel.
Assists tenants, visitors, and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
Knows all essential aspects of our apartment operations.
Builds an extensive knowledge base of local area restaurants, shops, attractions, and transportation options.
Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants.
Supports operations partners and vendors delivering communication to managers and tenants daily.
Supports the manager with administrative tasks.
Maintains inventory and stock of supplies, brochures, and collateral for concierge desks.
Acts as the site liaison when the manager is unavailable.
Works collaboratively with any associates and resources.
This position is full-time with the eligibility of benefits and paid time off.
Overtime and seasonal hours may be available.
Concierge Qualifications / Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact with all tenants and owners, internal and external, effectively with tact and diplomacy
Basic mathematical and calculator skills
Strong follow-through skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
1 to 3 years of similar experience preferred
Familiarity with location, neighborhood, and local attractions, including restaurants, bars, and nightlife
Working knowledge of office software and phone systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00
– $18.00 per hour
