The Compliance Analyst II is responsible for resolving compliance-related customer support issues, including creating new audits and selection logic for customers and customer support teams and testing of compliance issues.
Required Skills & Experience BA/BS degree preferred 2+ years experience working at a bank/lender/mortgage company 3+ years experience working in the compliance space knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to mortgage lending activities, specifically knowledge of federal TILA, RESPA, and HPA requirements, state legal and regulatory requirements as well as various investor guidelines, e.g., FHA, VA, USDA 2+ years experience working with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook Fulfilling task requests from the Customer Service team for new or modified rules or audits, including use of greenscreen and limited computer logic Developing compliance solutions for use with their Automated Compliance Engine The Offer Competitive Salary: Up to $120K/year, DOE You will receive the following benefits: Medical Insurance & Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) Paid Sick Time Leave Pre-tax Commuter Benefit Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
