The Compliance Analyst’s responsibilities embody documenting procedures/processes, training, reporting, monitoring, and supporting all aspects of the compliance programs. You and the state and federal compliance teams will complete the following tasks together. Qualified candidates should apply as soon as possible! This position is offered as a long-term contract / temporary opportunity.

What you get to do every single day

– Connect with key stakeholders to confirm ownership and track completion of tasks, filings, and other regulatory requirements

– Log appropriate controls associated with compliance requirements based on established criteria

– Archive and construct a controls framework and implement in compliance tools

– Conduct policy management in compliance tools

– Analyze compliance requirements and formalize associated tasks

– Develop processes and procedures to support compliance requirements

– Develop and examine compliance reports for monitoring and oversight

– Support the completion of tasks by the appropriate deadline

– Have a sharp understanding of laws, federal orders, and state laws to assess compliance risks and to determine if applicable

Job Requirements:

– Pair with legal, IT professionals, and business partners to come to a mutually vested consensus

– Minimum of 5+ years experience in federal/state regulatory compliance or similar work experience in compliance

– Solid understanding of the identification, documentation and implementation of controls

– Bachelor’s degree

– Proven knowledge of controls testing and associated monitoring

– Comprehensive knowledge of compliance

– Shareholder Agreements experience preferred

– Candidates should be comfortable with developing test scripts, user acceptance testing (UAT), or data validation

– Clear verbal, written and presentation skills

– Gifted in analyzing data/information and making recommendations to the business to meet compliance program requirements

– Demonstrated success working with Governance, Risk, Compliance tools

– Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

– Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

(Client is open to hybrid work schedule with one to two days remote.)
