Michelman & Robinson, LLP, a mid-size national firm, has an immediate opening in our Westwood office in Los Angeles and Irvine office for an Associate to work in our dynamic, collaborative and collegiate environment where professional development is encouraged and valued. We are seeking an Associate with 4-7 years of experience handling complex and class action litigation defense matters from start to finish, including depositions, court hearings, and law and motion practice. Typical matters include defense against unfair competition, consumer and employment class actions, professional negligence, and a variety of business practice claims. Prior commercial business litigation and/or class action defense experience is required.
