Compensation & Benefits Specialist

The Benefit Enrollment Representative is responsible for assisting and maintaining relationships with our company network of service providers and community members. Our Benefit Enrollment Representative constitutes our business front line of communication and are a crucial role in supporting our mission to transform the local community. This position will work with our talented group of Managers to help customers through the service scheduling, approval, and enrollment process. This position is primarily responsible for managing customer and client partnerships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the front line contact and brand ambassador for our company network of community members and major government-funded clients.
  • Assist customers and service providers with our technology.
  • Facilitate the scheduling, approval, and payment of service through the platform.
  • Serve as a market advocate for Company Service Providers.

Job Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate issues and status in a clear and timely manner
  • Work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
