– $69,000 Salaried Location: REMOTE Hours: 8:00am
– 5:00pm Monday
– Friday Benefits: Health, Dental, 401k, Vacation time, Sick time and Holidays Responsibilities Provide compensation support to HR Partners and workgroups as assigned Assists in the administration and development of compensation programs Performs analysis of market data and provides subsequent recommendations Developing and utilizing information management systems (HR database, spreadsheets, etc.) Payroll-related related issues (administrative in nature) Tracks, communicates and processes minimum wage changes Creates bonus workbooks on a Period, Quarter, and Annual basis for delivery to the Finance department Helps maintain current Job Descriptions and Bonus Plan documents Conducts data and cost analyses to be used in employee negotiations.
Participates in salary surveys on behalf of the agency.
Researches and recommends pay for performance bonuses, stipends, annual bonuses, and spot bonuses.
Trains leadership and employees on agency pay practices.
Qualifications 2 years of compensation experience Experience with implementing bonus structures, incentive plans, and pay for performance packages Experience with researching and implementing market analysis’ of pay structures Experience with internal equity within the organization Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
