Join us and let’s get started.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Review compensation related actions in WorkdayPerform multiple routine tasks in compliance with processes, policies, and proceduresGather information and documentation to assist in resolving issuesEscalate identified issues and concerns to appropriate groups and Team Lead for timely resolutionMaintain current processes and incorporate documentation updatesManage and monitor the communication tools of Rewards Team such as email inbox, ticketing software, and other relevant HR toolsPerform audits of HR data such as compensation and rewardsGenerate regular compensation reports and prepare data summaryMay assist with department initiatives and projects by performing advanced research and/or analysisMay assist in bonus review, file preparation and submission to PayrollMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human resources or related field and or demonstrated equivalent years of education and/or experiencePreferred QualificationsDeveloping knowledge of compensation componentsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain confidentiallyRobust technical skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and WordPrior experience using Workday HCMAdditional Details:Sponsorship for US or Canada work authorization is not available for this positionOffered rate of compensation (Colorado locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.AECOM is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits program to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
