Commercial UAS Solutions Specialist

This is a Full-time position in Los Angeles, CA posted June 6, 2021.

The Advexure Team is growing as we celebrate our 7th year in business and we are looking to add a key member to our team, based in Los Angeles, CA.

Advexure is one of the largest dealers, systems integrators, and North American distributors for UAV technology and drones, representing all of the leading commercial UAV manufacturers and supporting key industry verticals consisting of public safety, utilities, agriculture, drone service providers and other enterprise verticals.

We are seeking a self-motivated drone expert to join our team as a Commercial UAS Solutions Specialist.

 

The Role
Qualifying leads and working with prospective clients to understand drone needs and advise, inform, and facilitate sales process to meet customer needs and requirements.

Provide technical advice and recommendations on drone systems and solutions for commercial fleet needs.

Assist in daily operations of testing UAV platforms, assembling and delivering/fulfilling customer orders, and providing training while delivering on Advexure’s commitment to a world-class service experience.

Contribute to post-sale customer support experience by servicing customer needs in customer service ticketing process.

Conduct in field flight demonstrations across the country to Advexure customers and prospects while also assisting in training events and fleet deliveries.

 

This position reports directly to the CEO and works in tandem with our business development and marketing teams and is a full-time position in our Los Angeles, CA office with light to moderate travel.

 

What makes a strong applicant?

Flight operations and technical experience in commercial UAS/drone systems Experience with DJI, Autel, FLIR, Parrot, Pix4D, DroneDeploy and other commercial drone platforms and software.

FAA Part 107 remote pilot’s license Public safety/utilities background or current/former entrepreneur in the drone industry Strong business, sales and logistics experience in using business tools, CRM, sales pipelines, and internal ERP systems.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interest in joining a very entrepreneurial team Ability to work in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment with the ability to meet deadlines while performing to high standards Passion for hard work, trustworthy, and self-motivated to exceed expectations
