Media, Technology & Commercial Transactions Senior Associate or Counsel – Los Angeles
Our client is a top firm, seeking a senior associate or counsel-level attorney for its media, technology, and commercial transactions practice group in New York.
Qualified candidates have 10+ years of experience counseling clients and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing, and dynamic practice working within a collegial team on sophisticated transactions.
Required:
10+ years of experience counseling clients and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts relating to a wide range of matters including software development and licensing, digital content distribution across all platforms, retail/consumer product sales and distribution, IT procurement, outsourcing and professional service agreements, social media, privacy, data, and information security matters, interactive entertainment/gaming, marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives
Excellent ability to handle a diverse range of matters, working with sophisticated clients
Demonstrated interest and capability of working in a dynamic, complex, and convergent environment among media, entertainment, and technology
Stellar employment history; in-house experience (preferred)
JD received with strong academic credentials
California bar admission in good standing
