- Embark on title examination adventures, from simple parcels to complex commercial properties.
- Analyze a wide array of records, including mortgages, leases, liens, and more.
- Play detective to resolve missing or contradictory information in title documentation.
- Craft accurate title commitments and reports that stand up to scrutiny.
- Leverage your expertise to provide underwriting interpretations.
- Utilize cutting-edge online research tools to stay ahead of the game.
Experience you will need:
- 3-5+ years of Ohio Commercial Title Examiner experience (this is crucial!).
- A superhuman ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- An eagle eye for detail and a passion for quality.
- Sherlock Holmes-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Top-notch communication skills – you’ll be collaborating with a global team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific software (Adobe Acrobat, DataTree & Trace, etc.).
- A dedicated home office space with high-speed internet for our secure VPN.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed (it’s rare, but it happens!).
