Commercial Title Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Commercial Title Assistant opportunity in Los Angeles, CA.
Type: Contract
Pay: $24.85/hour
Length: Three (3) month, with the possibility of converting to permanent placement
Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Notes: This position is ONSITE
Responsibilities for the Commercial Title Assistant job:

  • Performs clerical tasks to support timely escrow closings and title recordings
  • Conducts title research to compile chain of title
  • Creates title files and prepares endorsements and supplemental documents
  • Investigates and interprets tax records to determine tax liability
  • Creates title files, documenting all research
  • Provides customer service to customers and field escrow offices
  • Interprets and acts on instructions from customers and title officers
  • Searches, examines, and interprets real estate documents such as deeds, deeds of trust, assignments, reconveyances, etc.
  • Assists in training associates
  • Qualifications for this Commercial Title Assistant job:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of title experience
