- Researching and managing dataset and lead generation through business development outreach
- Reviewing company profit & loss statements and completing complex financial analysis for real estate assets
- Presenting to clients & managing client relationships
- Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and listing management and offer negotiation
- Providing oversight on transactions and taking them to closing
- California Real Estate Salesperson license required
- Experience in finance, private equity, real estate and / or accounting
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Experience reviewing contracts and/or professional legal agreements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Critical-thinking skills in a high-paced environment
