We are seeking a Business Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience in handling sophisticated business litigation matters from start to finish. Candidate must have extensive motion writing and discovery experience and possess excellent analytical and writing skills. Experience taking and defending depositions and handling court hearings is required.
Candidates applying for associate positions with Michelman & Robinson should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communications skills. CA Bar admission is required.
