We are seeking a Collections Paralegal to support our Los Angeles Office.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
We are seeking someone who is a self-starter, proactive, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and sharp, with excellent communication skills.
Experience we are looking for:
· Pre-Judgment – Thorough knowledge of provisional remedies forms and procedures, including, but not limited to writs of attachment, writs of possession, receiverships, preliminary injunctions, temporary restraining orders, document requests and subpoenas and related pleadings without supervision and minimal review required by the handling attorney.
· Post Judgment – be able to prepare pleadings to obtain Assignment order, Turnover Orders, Charging Orders, Post Judgment Receiver, Sheriff Execution Sale, Garnishments, Execution of Judgments, Keepers, Judgment Debtor Exam Document production and other post judgment remedies without supervision and minimal review required by handling attorney.
· General Litigation and Trial experience needed.
