Your Role The Network Engineer is responsible for the operational administration, availability, security, and governance of Gensler’s network. Under the supervision of the Network Manager and Operations Lead, the Network Engineer will also provide technical guidance and support to internal clients across the globe and lead and manage projects. What You Will Do Implement, day to day operations and troubleshoot enterprise Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, LAN network. Collaborate with other IT functional teams to implement projects, tasks, device documentation, and cross-training of coworkers. Ensure that the networking environment is always improving, keeping up with company requirements, and even looking forward in order to provide additional value to the company. Maintain up-to-date network diagrams for both physical and logical layouts. Perform network performance testing and monitoring. Responsible for updating network equipment OS to the latest firmware releases. Report network status to the key stakeholders. Your Qualifications Cisco CCNP or Higher with strong experience in managing global network infrastructure. 6 years’ experience in configuring, installing and troubleshooting: Cisco Catalyst and Nexus Switches Aruba WLAN and ClearPass PaloAlto Firewalls Silverpeak SDWAN Edge Connect Solarwinds Preferred knowledge of the following: Azure Cloud Wireless technologies and protocols If the position is located in Los Angeles, CA, the base salary will be estimated between $107-131k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience. If the position is located in San Francisco, CA, the base salary will be estimated between $124-152k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
