Job Requirements Responsibilities: Support production as needed by setting up, and operating machines while maintaining quality and safety standards Run production jobs as required.

Run ‘Single Flow’ Cell Production.

Quickly develop fixturing and tooling to produce rapid prototypes and challenging proof of concept parts (pre-production) Review CNC mill and lathe part programs, tooling, and machine set ups to achieve optimum output and productivity Utilize knowledge of machining characteristics (feeds & speeds, etc) of various materials such as aluminum and steels to optimize process performance Recommend and implement improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures Qualifications: Education: high school or equivalent required Experience with Haas, Okuma and Fanuc controllers.

Extensive knowledge of vertical mills, and lathes with live tooling, machine setup and operation.

Knowledge of Swiss Screw Machine and Turn Mill a plus.

Experience in programming the CNC Lathes and Mills with Mastercam a Plus.

Experience in a fast-paced, high mix, environment.

Ability to read and understand engineering designs and specifications.

Working knowledge of micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and various other inspection tools.

Understanding of high speed machining and tool path optimization with multiple materials.

Minimum of five years of progressive experience in machine shop or contract manufacturing.

Able to manage multiple priorities, be self-motivated and highly organized, able to work independently and adapt in a diverse and demanding environment.

Familiarity with production/manufacturing methods and continuous improvements (i.e.

Lean manufacturing, 5S, etc.).

Understanding/experience in an ISO environment a plus LI-SW1 06022021
