Job Description Job description THE POSITION Priority Care Staffing is actively looking for Nursing Professionals (CNAs, LVNs, RNs) to provide flexible and efficient nursing services in our Health Care Facilities. The ideal candidate should be dependable, compassionate, punctual, and enjoys helping others. This person must be reliable, empathetic, and be able to work with all types of people. We also offer this position to Healthcare and Nursing professionals that are starting to build their career. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures Uses clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively. Promote interpersonal relations with all contacts in the hospital setting. Responsible for development and oversight of Nursing Plan Oversee and administer prescribed medications to patients Implement and follow proper Infection Control Assist in the transport of patients Provide companionship and basic care to patients Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor REQUIREMENTS: No experience needed; accepting new graduates (will train) Ability to build rapport with patients Be able to lift at least 50 pounds utilizing proper body mechanics techniques Compassionate and caring demeanor Familiarity with medical terminology Pre-employment documents that will be needed: Up-to-date Resume 1 legal IDs: Driver License, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs Social Security Card CA State License and Registration Certificates or multistate (compact license) One reference letter Course Completion Certificate/Diploma BLS/ CPR Card COVID-19 Vaccination Card or exemption (based on facility placement) Voided Check/ Direct deposit form for payroll Job Types : Full-time and Part-time availabilities Pay Rate: CNA $17/hour; LVN: $34.50 /hour; RN: $41.50/hour BENEFITS Referral Bonus Program Cash Bonus Rewards Program Paid orientation Weekly pay & direct deposit Great variety of locations and shifts Guaranteed hours (Start ASAP) Bonus Pay Overtime Pay Conditions apply and will be discussed once placement is finalized.
