Ensuring the health and safety of everyone that works at CO-OP is of primary importance to us. The majority of our organization continues to be in a work-from-home status. This allows for better social distancing practices for those of our employees that do remain in our office locations. We continue to work diligently to maintain everyone’s health and safety by keeping the facilities clean, having everyone screened for temperatures upon entry and providing information about symptoms and what to do if employees feel sick. The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Marketing Performance Analyst to be responsible for helping with planning and executing the analytics strategy across the communications, marketing and experience functional areas. This role will be responsible for analyzing campaigns across our various channels to strategically engage clients throughout their buying journey by leveraging trends, insights and big data to formulate quantitative and qualitative performance feedback that will aid the CMX team conceptualize, validate and test new ideas for continuous improvement.

The CMX Performance Analyst will work closely with the VP, CMX Technology & Performance to clearly define KPIs that help show transparency and performance inside the CMX department. This candidate must have a passion for identifying larger industry-wide trends, conversation points and maximize outcomes based on data. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, curious, and forward-thinking team player with the ability to turn raw data into insightful stories.

What You Can Look Forward to

  • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers, incorporate qualitative data to deliver data-driven insights.
  • Track, digest and formulate recommendations for the different KPIs defined in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Analyze metrics and user behavior to define trends and opportunity for improvement.
  • Formulate hypotheses that can be tested measured, and reported on to a larger audience.
  • Support business initiatives by identifying key trends in big data that can drive growth for the business.
  • Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth against our corporate goals.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders that track and interpret key metrics, and respond to ad-hoc requests for analytics data and reports.
  • Produce and present executive reports that provide recommendations to drive high-level decision-making.
  • Provide data driven recommendations for campaign tagging, on-site tracking, and conversion optimization strategies for web channels and campaign landing pages.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to establish KPIs and related metrics for strategies, new content, launches and enhancements.
  • Maintain and track KPI performance and ensure that data and reports are updated and shared as appropriate.
  • Use web analytics data from a number of sources to evaluate the effectiveness of traffic building initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements in content marketing, user experience and conversions.
  • Execute on data initiatives and lead data projects to better understand our audience, content and product offerings across all platforms and digital marketing channels.
  • Leverage data to grow the business and deliver personalized marketing initiatives for different audiences.
  • Help deepen understanding of client engagement across all digital channels throughout the buying journey.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify new opportunities to serve business needs through analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and automate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders and leadership on a monthly basis.
  • Develop methods for tracking, analyzing user behavior and conversion data.
  • Develop automated reporting that supports transparency and democratization of data.

  • Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience with digital data analysis, marketing communications or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Broad digital marketing experience with specific knowledge of digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, marketing automation, nurturing campaigns, digital advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) / pay per click (PPC) and integrated content marketing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
  • Power user of excel with the ability to build regression models, pivot tables, advanced macros and integrate with other business intelligence tools for data manipulation and visualization.
  • Experienced consolidating, normalizing and visualizing data using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Google Charts and Klipfolio.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (or similar) and Google Tag Manager (or similar).
  • Proven ability to convey analytical insight to stakeholders with various levels of digital knowledge at all levels in the organization.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to extract and analyze data from other core platforms (social media, marketing automation and other marketing technologies).
  • Ability to take verbal or written information and summarize pertinent themes for executive review.
  • Highly refined project management and prioritization skills to manage multiple work streams and remain focused on what matters.
  • Constantly challenge the norm by trying new things, take chances and build on the learnings.
  • Outstanding written & verbal communications skills as well as strong presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to resourcefully problem solve.
  • Stay apprised of competitor initiatives, industry trends, and emerging platforms and technologies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 suite skills.
  • Ability to deliver presentations to senior management, executives and stakeholders.
  • Agency and/or start-up experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the financial technology (FinTech) B2B industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with the following technologies: Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Uberflip is preferred.

For Colorado Applicants: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $68,700 and $87,500. Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
