This critical hire will report directly to the Managing Partner and will be charged with developing the marketing roadmap for the organization. The CMO will drive top of mind awareness and affinity for Jacoby & Meyers telling the firm’s story through strategic brand marketing initiatives that resonate with individuals at critical times of need. This key leader will develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Key areas of focus will include leading the traditional media strategy spanning TV, radio and OOH marketing campaigns; and driving performance marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, email marketing, social and content marketing. Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer Type of Position: Full Time Location: Westwood, California Job Description: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develop, implement and execute the overall marketing strategy for the organization Develop new strategies to drive leads and acquire customers Drive the traditional media strategy – including billboards, TV, radio, among others Manage efficient growth, measuring performance across KPIs and use analytics to continuously measure results (across omni-channel media) Manage external resources across paid media, creative, content marketing, social strategy, video and campaign management Build, strengthen and leverage media relationships to achieve notable media placements and drive increased coverage of the organization Optimize performance across all channels driving efficient growth.
