Client Relationship Specialist

Our financial firm is seeking a self-motivated, sales-driven and personable Client Relationship Specialist to join our growing team.

The primary responsibility of this salary-to-commission role is to engage leads, build new relationships, and leverage sales skills to convert them into First Appointments, and ultimately, long-term clients.This role will engage with interested prospects from one of our many marketing funnels, including informational workshops/seminars, events, webinars, radio ads, TV ads, social media, website leads, etc.The ideal candidate will be a people person, a good conversationalist, an excellent communicator, express a positive attitude, be persistent and confident.

They will have a solid understanding of our target client, their greatest concerns (taxation market volatility, RMDs, etc.), and their retirement goals, and be able to speak with conviction about how our services will help them strategize their retirement.

They will have excellent follow-up skills and be diligent with updating information in our CRM.

They will possess the ability to build relationships over phone and email, while never making the prospect feel uncomfortable or pressured.This role will work in tandem with the Marketing Team and the Sales Team to prioritize leads and execute nurturing strategies.FUNCTIONThe Client Relationship Specialist will leverage sales strategies to build relationships with open, qualified leads (hot, warm and cold), to convert them into First Appointments, and ultimately, long-term clients.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)Create contact strategies to keep open leads engaged with the brand, including appointment setting, appointment confirmations and event reminders, leveraging both phone and emailFollow up with prospective clients during peak hours of availability and convenience, including nights and weekends when necessaryAssist in the management of the Advisor’s calendars through setting First Appointments relative to their availability and existing appointment scheduleSpeak with confidence about our brand, the services we provide and how we help potential clients navigate retirementLeverage the brand’s content library, including TV and Radio show content, podcast, editorial, webinar, whitepaper and the like, to continue conversations with open leads that convey the long-term value that the brand providesPossess an awareness about upcoming events, contact releases and other marketing strategies, and leverage these events to convert leads into appointmentsUpdate CRM with details on all client and prospect conversationsTrack weekly and monthly progress, including number of calls made, appointments set and appointments kept with CMORepresent our brand in all lead and client interactions, including by phone, in email and in person.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree in Sales or similar field2 years’ experience working within a Sales role tasked with lead nurturingKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESHighly personable with an optimistic outlook on work and lifeExcellent communicatorAbility to work independently with little supervisionRemarkable organizational and prioritization skills, with a meticulous attention to detailGoal-driven team player with a result-driven approachSuperior aptitude in innovation and problem-solving PLUS meticulous attention to detailComfortable communicating over phone and in email, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, calendar scheduling and SMS platformsPresented by Advisor Employee ServicesThank you for your interest in the Client Relationship Specialist role.
