Summary:
Our Client Relations Managers hold a unique and important position within the company.
They are the main point person for our important high-value clients. They go above and beyond for our clients to solve their issues and grow theirs and our, business. The large accounts always need attention and the small accounts often grow to be some of the largest accounts, i.e. with good Client Relations Management.
Responsibilities:
- Be sales motivated, data driven and detail oriented
- Onboard New Buyers
- Grow existing client relationships
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns effectively
- Collaborate with other departments including IT, Legal, Compliance, etc.
- Travel to conventions and trade shows and represent the Company in a professional manner
- Analyze sales metrics to optimize performance and maximize profitability
- Communicate clearly to progress project initiatives
- Specific tasks may change as the needs of the business progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields
- 2+ years experience in direct or outside sales (B2B a plus)
- 2+ years experience in sales and account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, changing environment that is going through
- high growth
- Proficient in excel, Power BI, data analytics tools.
- Passionate about online marketing
