Job Description

Position Overview

Drive, optimize, and sustain client acquisition and growth within Wealth Management, with a primary focus on Affluent Wealth Management.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Focus on retail branch and Wealth Management partner strategy – driving key tactics and deliverables to enable growth.
  • Lead and support project execution related to high priority referral effort, including transition and support of BAU needs.
  • Drive connections horizontally and vertically across wealth and broader U.S. Bank organizations to support project execution for acquisition and growth strategies.
  • Support of other partner strategies, relationship management and prioritized efforts, including Mortgage, Business Banking, Wealth to Wealth, Workplace, Third Party/COI, and Client.
  • Assisting efforts and BAU management of diverse segment deliverables, including Access Wealth Management.
  • Continue evolution of enhancement of the engagement and sales pipeline across the prospect and client lifecycle, delivered via an integrated technology solution supporting client acquisition and deepening.
  • Optimize alignment of practice segmentation, capacity management, centralization and growth opportunities with general business and field/practice needs.
  • Provide broad program management of acquisition and growth, including support of referral, lead and data programs, marketing, field engagement, digital/CRM, reporting and insights, training, and communications.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Deliver strategies, concepts/pilots and continuous improvements across all client acquisition and growth-related channels, including enhancement of key approaches, best practices, and automation across the prospect/client lifecycle.
  • Subject matter expert and key contributor to Marketing, tools and technology support – integrate marketing and data into engagement and sales.
  • Enable holistic training, communications, reporting and support to the field and key business partners to drive activation and engagement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management activities.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of project management.
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $87,465.00 – $102,900.00 – $113,190.00.
