Title: Client Account Analyst
This position provides support to the senior members of the buying team. Heavy data entry and advanced Excel required.
Responsibilities:
Client Billing: 60%
Buyer Support: 40%
Daily Duties:
Entering Audio, Video, sports packages and sponsorship buys as requested by supervisor
Resolve billing discrepancies and clear invoices for payment
Call stations to resolve and confirm discrepancies
Send discrepancy notices to stations
Maintain accurate filing for client billing
Deliver final billing to accounting
Alert Supervisor of any workflow issues in a timely manner
Establish rapport with Finance Department, Account Teams, Media Department Provide clear communication with internal departments and prompt follow through
Adhere to strict billing calendar to meet dates for client billing
Maintain accurate records of all cleared invoices
Generate client billing reports out of agency software systems and Excel
Respond to vendor inquiries on discrepancy resolution
Overflow to all accounts as needed to make department deadlines
Compile monthly into another document to track by month/quarter/year
Assist buyers with Post Buy Analysis preparation deck as needed
Update station contact list as needed
Assist buyers with added value requests and recaps as needed
Additional Requirements:
Skilled in math, Excel, Google Docs, Power Point, Word and typing
Maintain a positive attitude and work well within a team is mandatory
Experience with Pivot Tables
Ability to work overtime as needed
