We are a series of sub-acute facilities that are looking for LVN’s, especially ones who have experience in ventilator/trach.
You would be working your shift in a 6-bed facility with a CNA at all times.
An RN supervises as the DON.
Facility locations include North Hollywood, Sun Valley, Sylmar, Simi Valley, and Northridge.
