Aerotek is hiring Medical Assembler to work with a local manufacturing company with a starting pay of $18/hour (paid weekly) plus a $0.50 shift differential on 2 nd ($18.50/hr).
This is a long-term 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity.
Additionally, candidates with more experience may be eligible for a higher starting role/wage.
This position will start ASAP Shift Hours: Shifts are Monday – Thursday, with overtime on Fridays (same hours) and occasional Saturdays.
Candidates must be open to some OT.
1st 4:30am – 3:00pm or 7:00am – 5:30pm 2nd 3:30pm – 2:00am Job Description:
· Candidates will be using hand tools to assembly different medical devices all day.
Tools include screw drivers, hand tools, tweezers, wrenches, ratchets drills crimpers and other measuring devices with some microscope work at times.
· Work off of blueprints, SOPs, or work orders
· Document processes by hand and on the computer
· Learn multiple areas/departments
· Rotate stations daily Related Skills & Job Titles: General labor, general production worker, assembly, medical, soldering, J-Standard, IPC, circuit board, medical devices, hand tools, power tools, micrometers, calipers, tape measure, microscope, tweezers, wrench, crimpers, blueprints, catheter Work Environment:
· Temperature controlled facility
· Extremely clean
· Clean room – smock provided.
