Class Action Employment Attorney

Mid-sized labor & employment firm is currently looking to bring on an experienced Attorney to handle class-action wage and hour claims.

Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in defending employers in class action matters.  Main duties will include discovery, law and motion, and depositions. Trial experience not required.

Requirements:

Good standing with CA bar
3+ years of experience handling class actions
Ability to hit the ground running with depositions, law and motions, and discovery.

Firm is currently working remotely, but candidate will be expected to commute to office located in Downtown Los Angeles or San Diego once deemed safe to do so.
