Claims Specialist in High Point, North Carolina High Point, North Carolina Direct Hire LHH is partnering with a company in High Point that is searching for a Claims Specialist to join their team Our client is open to either contract-to-hire or direct hire and this role will be hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days in office) paying up to $19/hr.
depending on experience.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from claimant’s, providers, etc.
regarding claim Provide updates on status of claim, handle any discrepancies in bills,and answer any general questions regarding claim Assist agents with policy support questions Renew policies, take payments, provide information regarding amount of policyholders, active claims, etc.
