Job Description The candidate will join a SAP S/4 HANA program team with an in-progress global implementation. The SAP S/4 HANA Business Analyst will be responsible to ensure the good design and management of the existing solution for P2P whilst contributing to new designs as the S/4 HANA project continues to roll out to new territories globally. This will involve close cooperation with multiple parties including FICO, OTC, Development (ABAP), Integration and Basis architects, Business process owners, vendors, and system integrators. Core skills Creating and maintaining architectural standards and blueprints Able to identify SAP best practice solutions to complex problems Extensive SAP solution design experience in the P2P area and S/4 HANA simplifications pertaining to procurement and inventory management Hands on configuration experience of P2P and OTC including MRP & aATP Experienced in the design of Fiori Launchpad using Spaces and Pages and has worked with Security and Authorisations teams in the design of Fiori based access controls Strong understanding of integration with Finance Understanding of HANA DB and proficient in debugging Knowledge of process orchestration via the use of job schedulers Design and facilitate the delivery complex interfaces including custom IDocs and middleware transformations Knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP and related products and how to architect those into P2P solutions Worked in Activate, Agile & Waterfall project settings Exposure to project tools such as JIRA, Monday, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams, Service Now ticketing system Person Specification Ten years of SAP experience of which at least three years with SAP S/4 HANA P2P and at least one S/4 HANA implementation cycle completed Entertainment or media industry exposure an advantage Aptitude for learning new technologies and a desire to research and understand new areas of SAP Strong communication & presentation skills and an ability to engage with and inspire confidence across all levels of the business up to C level stakeholders Experience of working in a global environment Demonstrable experience of flexibility and adaptability to fast-changing and competing priorities Working to tight deadlines and at pace Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills Consulting background will be an advantage
