We apply these values through you to help create an atmosphere where we can continue to be ” Purveyors of Awesome”.Currently, we are looking for a remote Field Trainer to join our team!The Field Trainer will develop, facilitate, and deliver training content to company-owned and franchise-owned locations for all areas/audiences of the organization using various facilitation techniques and methods.

The Field Trainer must maintain a significant understanding of all park operations, product offerings, policies and manage diverse responsibilities in a rapid, ever-changing environment.

This role supports projects to drive sales, operational excellence, and overall execution of programs and processes.

In addition, the Field Trainer provides key support in membership sales, marketing campaigns, regional park training, promotional sales training, leadership training, and other projects supporting organizational and departmental goals.

Field Trainers use training platform skills and superior interpersonal and written communication skills to provide various support for CircusTrix’s growing Network of 300+ parks.Responsibilities:TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.

The Field Trainer must travel 40-60% to locations throughout the United States and Internationally, including overnight stays for extended periods to include weekends and some holidaysFacilitate training programs in domestic/international locations for audiences at all levels of the organization using a variety of facilitation techniques and methods (virtual learning & in-person learning)Build a culture of engagement during training sessions through effective communication, teaching, and encouraging involvement in all levels of the Network; Business Partners, Franchise Owners, Managers, and Team MembersFacilitate 7-day Park Operations Training (virtually and in-person) and new park On-Site Training (7-days) as many times as required each year, domestic and internationalServe as the training lead on new park development calls, ensuring a park has all materials needed for an effective park opening and Team Member training, establish the On-Site Training schedule, and partner with the Field Operations Team to determine the park’s training and opening readinessDevelop and deliver content at large, in-person training events such as Roadshows, Summits, and ConventionsDevelops and maintains a library of training and reference materials and documentationIdentify and gather Best Practices to share back out to the Network in different learning vehicles; newsletters, microlearning videos, operations guides, infographics, etc.Drive network use of companies multi-domain LMS system (i.E., CircusTrix University) by providing training and support to Franchise Owner and park management teamsProvide content and act as a SME for training modules on sales, programs, marketing, guest experience, and operationsSupport continuing education content for leadership courses and sales training.Assume administrative and coordination duties if needed, such as sending all communication and preparing any necessary materials for programs and sessionsParticipate in special projects as needed Requirements:Bachelor’s or four-year college degree required, or equivalent experience in the industryMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in the field of training or organizational development requiredAbility to be flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, variable shifts, and holidays, and required to travel 40-60% as neededExperience delivering training content to groups of various sizes and audiences.

Must have a high level of comfort in front of groups and knowledge of adult learning principles.Demonstrated experience in assisting with creating technical and soft skill training in various applications such as virtual training, facilitator-led training, blended learning, and job aidsMust have superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsProcess-centric thinking, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to recognize process improvement opportunitiesProficient using Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExperience in Membership and Sales business models a plusKnowledge of and experience working with franchise systems is a plus #CIRC1
