Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application

Previous service industry and/or hospitality experience
-
Open availability required (evening, holiday, and weekends)
-
Working knowledge of high-volume operations and safe, responsible alcohol service required

Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for long periods of time
-
Ability to push, pull, move full kegs (approximately 160 pounds) with assistance
Preferred but not required:
-
Knowledge of hard cider and the cider making process

RBS Certification
-
Food Handlers Certification
Job Responsibilities:
-
Enthusiasm for all things craft brewing, gaining the knowledge of our cider in order to correctly answer customer questions and make accurate recommendations
-
Monitor guests to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience

Ability to efficiently operate POS systems for the sale of cider, food, merchandise, and some non alcoholic beverages

Assist with the general upkeep and cleaning of the taproom and juice bar
-
Responsibly serve alcohol

Assist with tracking and restocking inventory

Ensuring all protocols are followed when opening and closing the taproom and juice bar

Maintaining company and industry standards, as well as state and federal regulations

Willingness to be flexible and work independently as we learn and grow together as a company and team
