In the News: Recently featured on Techcrunch, Crunchbase, Business Insider, Pymnts, Pitchbook As Acquco continues its rapid growth, we are seeking a Chief of Staff reporting to both the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of critical activities including strategic planning, business operations, identifying & measuring key metrics, internal communications, and managing cross-functional projects.
You will also represent either the CEO or CSO in their absence as needed.
Responsibilities Partner directly with the CEO and CSO to set the strategic direction and operational priorities of Acquco and the Executive Team Direct and manage a broad range of projects to help ensure organizational effectiveness in alignment with strategic priorities Manage business rhythms such as recurrent leadership meetings and governance processes on behalf of the CEO and CSO and drive meeting preparedness Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO, CSO and leaders across the company; providing a problem solver mindset to help connect work streams and address challenges within the organization Wear multiple hats, managing a variety of projects and tasks at any given time, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Act as a communications partner, supporting internal and external communications between the CEO, the Executive Team and key stakeholders Qualifications 5 years of Management Consulting, Project Management or Corporate Strategy experience Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus Prior experience working in a high-growth startup preferred Expert project management and organizational skills Strong analytical rigor with quantitative capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills; previous experience with board & executive communications a plus Ability to forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization Willingness to speak up and share opinions Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and adapts easily to change by Jobble
