As the Chief of Staff, you will be a core member of our leadership team and report directly to the COO. With your understanding of our media and entertainment partners’ needs and our NFT fans’ desires, you bring their perspective into the work that gets done internally to exceed their expectations. Your ability to work cross functionally in a collaborative manner sets the example of the culture we’re building at Company.

- Partner with the executive team on organizational culture, values and how work gets done while scaling for success
- Partner with the Co-Founders to ensure strategic workforce planning strategies and processes are in place and clearly communicated to associates
- Collaborate with cross-functional department leads in Product, Marketing and Business Development to develop an “operations system” by identifying, creating and streamlining critical business processes
- Analyze financial data to aid decision-making in areas such as hiring, vendor/partner selection, departmental budgeting, etc. to ensure successful scalability
- Serve as the connective tissue that enables synergy in and across teams to foster innovation that delights both brand partners (IP owners) and NFT collectors
- Identify roadblocks and opportunities and then develop and execute the business strategies that solve both complex business issues as well as basic needs such as new-hire onboarding
- Drive strategic initiatives and integrations while providing thought leadership. Identify issues that impede success and provide solutions/recommendations, as we strive to achieve operational excellence
- Focus on the growth of Company through your customer-centric approach to realize success across all functional departments
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage flawless execution of NFT drops
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 10 years experience in operational and strategic roles
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to project-manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional, collaborative and dynamic environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and MBA or advanced related degree
- 15+ years experience in operational and strategic roles within startups and/or entrepreneurial organizations
- Strong understanding of NFTs and blockchain technology and the desire to stay abreast of technological advancements
- Expert analytical and critical thinking skills to succinctly gather information to systematize operations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
