– Full Time 8 Hour Days (Exempt) (Non-Union)nApply Keck Medicine of USC Hospital Los Angeles, California n nn Reporting to the CEO/COO, the incumbent is responsible for the administration and operation of hospital based key clinical and ancillary services to include: Radiologic & Nuclear Medicine Services; Respiratory Services; Therapy and Rehab Services; Nuero Diagnostics and Interventional Pulmonology; Sleep Center, Cardiovascular services, Transplant Administration nn nn Executive oversight as well as KMC Support Services: Facilities Management, Emergency Management, Security, Parking & Valet Services; Food Services & Clinical Nutrition; Environmental Services; KMC Laboratory Services including Blood Bank and the Blood Donor Center.

For KMC services, executive ensures appropriate service levels and matrix reporting relationships for Keck Hospital, Norris Hospital, USC Care and other Keck Medicine services.

nn nn Principle team member (with ACNO Keck Hospital), to provide executive oversight (connecting the dots) ensuring overall efficiencies and service in management of the hospital patient experience (patient trajectory), hospital capital budget management, and systems development/investment.

nn nn Responsible for technical program planning and development, financial management to include operating budgets, revenue and expense management, capital equipment, strategic planning, process improvement, customer service, patient satisfaction and policies and procedures development and implementation.

Ensures programs and services are in compliance with business policies as well as federal, state and local agency regulations.

nn nMinimum Education: MBA or Masters in Healthcare Management or related field Minimum Experience/Knowledge: Minimum 7-10 years’ leadership experience providing executive level leadership in an acute care hospital.

This experience must include health care/practice operational senior management roles including operations and strategic planning.

Experience with Academic Medical Centers preferredExperience in Lean Six Sigma as an improvement methodology Leadership experience in an academic medical center environmentStrong management experience in healthcare administration with emphasis on management of ancillary services and regulatory compliance in assigned areas Strong planning, financial and analytical skills to provide effective leadership for assigned areas Required License/Certification: Fire and Safety Certification.
