Essential Functions

  • Volunteer Program – Develop and oversee new COVID Clinic volunteer program in order to ensure staffing coverage when testing volume increases.
  • Mission/Philanthropy – Work on COVID Clinic’s charitable mission by overseeing our scholarship program while developing more opportunities to further our mission and reach out to the communities we serve.
  • Humanitarian/Global Efforts – Develop our plans to help internationally by deploying tests in hotspots around the globe along with discovering other areas of opportunity.
  • Donations – Work to solicit donations from funds, individuals, and companies.
  • Mission/Branding – Help to develop our mission and tell our story.
  • Collaboration – Participate in discussions that facilitate collaborative relationships with partners, community-based organizations, educational institutions, businesses, referral sources, funding organizations, to continuously assess community needs and adapt our mission delivery.
  • Grants – Work with our current grant writer to develop and expand this opportunity.
  • Emergency Response – Establish COVID Clinic with emergency outbreak response lists and contracts (municipalities, schools, FEMA, etc).
  • Other projects/duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The Chief Mission Officer will be a proven leader with the following:

  • A minimum of a BS in business, non-profit leadership, social services, education or similar; combination of education and appropriate experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated effective and proactive leadership with evidence of having worked as a partner within a multi-state networked organization.
  • Experience creating and executing strategic planning.
  • Expert level knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Proven ability to solve and resolve problems by putting programs and change efforts into action; facilitating coordination and collaboration of tasks; providing midcourse corrections when actual outcomes start to diverge from intended outcomes or when new conditions require adaptation; and supporting those responsible for carrying out projects and plans.
  • Demonstrated professional judgment in reaching logical conclusions and making timely and accurate decisions based on the best available information.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience operationalizing a strategic vision within an operational model.
  • A servant leader with a collaborative and flexible style who is a team player committed to lifelong learning and comfortable working with a wide range of constituencies.
  • A hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated competency in establishing new connections, both with and without introduction, to establish partnership opportunities throughout the community.
  • Strong commitment to developing team members.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Must have valid US passport

Travel: Up to 65% (national and international)
