Job Summary : The Chief Company Writer will be a crucial team member of the Global Communications, Corporate Affairs, Brand, and Digital Marketing Team.

The role reports directly to the Head of Brand and Digital Marketing.

As Chief Company Writer, the role will compose, review and edit content with eloquence and clarity while being on message and brand.

This person will cover the entire gamut of written communications for external corporate and marketing audiences and initiatives.

It includes but is not limited to presentations, advertising, promotional tactics, booth branding, white papers, by-lines, and blogs.

This position will require interaction within the immediate organization, the global product and field marketing teams, and external marketing agencies.

Additionally, this role will act as a brand steward and guardian, maintaining proper use of the brand in deliverables used throughout the company whenever possible.

This person will manage and/or execute brand-related projects such as company rebranding efforts and campaigns.

Job Responsibilities: Develop marketing projects .

Develops and executes initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate channels.

Defend the ACI brand.

Identifies necessary edits to materials based on brand standards .

Write.

Excellent written skills to successfully produce valuable collateral, engaging content, and deploy programs and other supporting materials.

Promote the effectiveness of marketing.

Plan with various marketing functions to achieve marketing effectiveness goals.

Communicate.

Uses strong communications skills to communicate progress and gaps across marketing and other departments.

Track expenses.

Manages tracking various projects budget and invests wisely.

Track ROI.

Build and deploy data driven models to track ROI.

Execute campaigns and events.

Develop campaigns, plan and executes to fulfill lead generation goals.

Increase company visibility.

Project manage programs created to increase brand and company visibility.

Develop content.

Write copy, presentations, collateral, and other supporting marketing materials.

Collaborate.

Work efficiently with external marketing agency resources as an extension of the marketing team.

Spread brand awareness.

Extend the company’s brand visibility in the marketplace.

Execute campaigns.

Work on developing the company’s corporate marketing/brand campaigns to promote brand positioning and thought leadership.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Understands and complies with Risk Management program requirements including identification of risks, key controls, and control testing as applicable to their responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job: Bachelor’s Degree in related field; Master’s Degree preferred 10 years of relevant marketing experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with others and sustainkeyrelationships, internally and externally Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and focus on applicable tasks.

Experience with marketing software and MS Office Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job: Experience working with designers, understanding design, digital and print processes.
