CheckAlt: Customer Experience Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, Remote8-hour shift, Monday to FridayScope of Responsibility (including but not limited too): Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and supportLearn both our platforms and assist as needed.Provides telephone, email, and case-related support to clients.
