Requirements:
- Valid California State CNA License
- CPR/BLS Card
- Recent Negative TB Record (IF Positive, Chest X-Ray will suffice)
- Ability to pass a Background check
- Covid-19 Vaccination – (Preferred) Religious exemption or Medical Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with ADL’s
- Properly communicate with management and facilities
- Document all care provided
Qualifications:
- Any previous experience in long term care facilities, sub acute, post acute, memory care, assisted living
- Ability to build rapport with patients/facilities
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
