DutiesObtains vital signs as directedAnswers call lights promptly and report problems to a primary nurse/designeeAssists with monitoring diets and nutritional supplements, as well as providing appropriate cues to patients for feeding or swallowing once directed by speech or occupational therapistAssists nurse with patient admissions, transfers and dischargesQualifications:Minimum QualificationsEducation: High School diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious hospital experience preferredCertified Nursing Assistant CertificateBLS through the American Heart AssociationAdditional Data:California Rehabilitation Institute a 138-bed facility offers patients a higher degree of excellence in medical rehabilitation.
