Our client is a healthcare group focused on providing top notch medical treatments and care to patients from the comfort of their own homes. They are hiring a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality home healthcare services to their clients.
As a Home Healthcare CNA, you will work with individuals who require medical attention in their homes. Your main responsibility will be to provide basic care and assistance to clients, which includes assisting with daily living activities and monitoring their overall health and well-being.

Focus:
- Provide basic care and assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor clients’ vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Help clients with mobility and transfer needs, such as getting in and out of bed or moving around the house.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care and progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as with other members of the healthcare team.
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure the health and safety of clients and yourself.
- Attend all required trainings and continuing education courses to maintain your certification and stay up-to-date on best practices.
Skill Set:
- Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- At least one year of experience providing care to individuals in a home healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to lift and move clients as needed.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes within the designated service area.
