High School graduate preferred Minimum of one year supervised experience as a Certified Caregiver during the last 3 years Current Certified Caregiver Certificate(s) and evidence of state -approved training Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months Current CPR (from any certified program) Positive, caring, and customer-service oriented attitude Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience Fingerprint Clearance Card EOE/Drug Free Employer CB1
