Originally founded in 2000, Centre Urban is headquartered in Los Angeles with offices in Long Beach and Honolulu.Associate, Advisory & BrokerageWe are looking for an intelligent, independently-driven, detail-oriented individual to work full-time in our Downtown Los Angeles office.

The ideal candidate will be meticulous, personable, and be able to independently run business development.

This will be a primarily commission-based position and will report directly the the Head of Advisory & Brokerage.What You’ll Do: Lead the due diligence, negotiation, execution and closings of advisory and brokerage transactionsConduct business development, including prospecting new client relationships and referral sourcesConduct market research, including ownership records, comparative product surveys, demographic analysis, and general industry trendsAdvise clients on their individualized real estate investment strategiesDevelop marketing/reporting materials for clients (e.G.

lease comparisons, market overviews, prospect/client presentations, offering memorandum, coordinate information with other departments and brokers as needed)Develop and maintain direct relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partnersParticipate in Advisory & Brokerage Team meetingsand training to update colleagues on leasing activity, market information, new business generating efforts, prospects and market knowledge and trendsWho You Are: Bachelor Degree from a top accredited 4-year University or College in a relevant field of studyCalifornia Department of Real Estate broker or salesperson license is required or in active pursuit.2 to 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, consulting, real estate accounting, or other applicable fieldSolid understanding of real estate investment and development concepts, as well as general economic market fundamentalsForward-thinking and entrepreneurial-minded in problem solving and negotiations, with a knack for winning over clients.Strong analytical, quantitative, writing, and communication skills with superior attention to detailExpertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPointUnderstanding of architectural and design is preferred, but not requiredPlease submit your resume for consideration.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleProfessional development assistanceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Commission payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:commercial real estate: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:CA Real Estate License (Required)Work Location:Multiple locationsWork Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
