• Build strong professional relationships with CBG Lenders/Lending Units to provide expert, loan-closing support
• Use proven/acquired skill set and independent judgement when working directly with borrowers and borrower accountants and 3rd party lawyers to ensure all required documentation is assembled for loan closing
• Exercise discretion when planning the precise timeline to finalize loan closing documents with BSA requirements, Credit Approval Memo closing conditions, required loan covenants with the target closing date of the loan(s)
• Develop strong partnership with BSA Dept.

to ensure all Bank BSA and KYC forms are properly completed and input into appropriate system(s) of record
• Build strong working relationship with Lenders, Portfolio Administration, Underwriting, Credit Administration, and Borrowers to ensure ongoing business continuity with loan renewals, extensions, due date changes, etc.

• Work directly with BSA RLO (Risk Liaison Officer) assigned to CBG to ensure all KYC, OFAC and other BSA checks are completely timely and precisely
• Ensure that pre-closing loan checklist is completed timely and accurately to ensure loan closing occurs on schedule
• Work independently and be self-starting/proactive toward obtaining necessary documents and completing loan closing tasks
• Work closely with Commercial Loan Operations and the Specialty Loan Services Team to ensure seamless transition from pre-closing loan assembly to ensure timely loan closing, funding, and boarding
• Build strong professional relationship with CBG Operations Team to ensure adherence of requirements on Agent and Member Syndicated and Participated loan closing preparation
• Submit Loan Servicing Requests (system/Code changes, impairment, non-accrual, change of address, ACH/Auto payment setup, delinquent tax data, insurance tickler input, etc.)
• Anticipate and prepare CRM servicing tickets to process syndicated and member loan payment in a timely manner
• Independently partner with Commercial Loan Operations staff as needed.
• Research and resolve escalated borrower loan servicing issues in a timely and professional mannerKnowledge, Skills Abilities Required
• Required: Knowledgeable in Corporate Banking and Loan Operations policies and procedures.

• Communication Skills:o Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints.o Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel, departments, and customers

• Computer Skills:o Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.o Working knowledge of Bank’s core accounting systems (e.g., Fiserv Navigator and AFS Vision)o Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
