MORE ABOUT THE CATH LAB TECH POSITION:

CareerStaff Unlimited partners with companies around the country to raise the bar in healthcare by setting new standards for quality care and personalized services. Responsibilities for this Tech opportunity include, but are not limited to:

1. Able to work and be productive in a fast paced high volume environment –

2. Adheres to safe patient handling training and ergonomics when moving patients to x-ray tables

3. Diplomatic and responds to constructive feedback with positive actions or responses –

4. Display good judgment and is a problem solver

5. Safeguards and preserves confidentiality of the patient.

6. Ensures a safe patient environment and adherence to safety practices per policy.

7. Perform other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CATH LAB TECH POSITION:

1. Minimum of one year of experience required in community hospital or Stemi Work setting experience

2. Must have scrub, circulate, and EKG experience

3. Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure experience: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, left & right heart catheterization, shockwave, CSI

4. Electrophysiology Procedure experience: inserting/programming of AICDs (Automatic Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators) & Pacemaker insertion

5. Interventional Radiology Procedure Experience: stents, angioplasty, peripherals, upper & lower extremity, ABD and pelvic, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access

6. Ekg Settings Experience: : inpatient, outpatient, pacemakers, obtaining vitals, rhythm interpretation, sinus node rhythms

7. BLS (American Heart Association)

8. ARRT (R)

9. Fluoro Permit

10. HS Diploma or Associate/Bachelor’s Degree (Highly Preferred)

11. Must be eligible to work in the United States

12. Must be have experience with outlined description in this posting
