Cargo Agent

Cabin Cleaner Agents provide support to airline customers by performing a variety of ground handling services while providing clients and passengers with prompt, friendly, and courteous service.

NOTE: TAS Applicants must in accordance with International Air Transport Association (IATA) standards pass a security clearance (for airport security purposes) a federal background check, be fingerprinted, and complete the required educational course(s) prior to being issued an airport badge, and Customs Border Protection seal.

  • Safety 
    1. Be a champion for safety through accountability, awareness, and communication. 
  • Operational Performance 
    1. Vacuums or sweeps interior passenger cabin.
    2. Brushes debris from seats and arranges seat belts
    3. Cleans trash and debris from seat pockets and arranges in-flight magazine, safety card, and personal sickness bags in the seat pocket.
    4. Cleans aircraft galleys and lavatory.
    5. Wipes down and cleans other areas of the cabin that need cleaning.
    6. Remove trash and debris from planes.
    7. Restocks or changes out in-flight magazines as needed.
    8. Restock supply room.
    9. Carpet steam clean.
    10. Security check interior areas of aircraft as required.
    11. Completes necessary documentation and submits to appropriate persons
    12. Exchange upholstery on seat cushions.
    13. Provision aircraft with supplies 
    14. Provides potable water, lavatory, and cleaning services to aircraft upon request.
    15. Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
    16. Other duties as assigned.
  • Customer Service
    1. Resolve customer issues in a timely manner with tact and diplomacy.
    2. Develop, build, and maintain strong, trusted, long-lasting customer relationship by listening and providing proactive solutions to our customers.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    1. Ensure compliance with all airline and government agency regulations and protocols. Monitor compliance to all FAA, TSA, and DOT regulations establish sound working relationships with FAA, TSA, Customs, Immigrations, airport authorities, and business partners. 
  • Drive Employee Engagement and work with a Team
    1. Be a supportive and great team player.
  • Appearance
    1. Ensure that a high standard is set with regard to the appearance of our employees, facilities, and equipment.

  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Possess/maintain a valid State driver’s license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Specific shifts to be determined by administrative staff due to operational needs
  • Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during irregular operation

The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
