JOB DUTIES:
- Assisting with bathing/shower assistance
- Assisting with grooming /dressing
- Assisting with transfers and activities of daily living
- Toileting assist/Incontinence care (diapers, briefs, etc.)
- Meal prep and light housekeeping
- Monitor client s conditions and providing updates to healthcare team.
