Caregiver Part-time Days $12-$13 per hour PLUS SIGN ON BONUS Position Summary Caregiver needed for shift in Colleyville 8a-4p 3 days/week ongoing.
Female client who requires transfer assistance.
Must be able to lift.
Has dogs.
Needs meal prep.
Responsible for providing personal assistance services to the client in order to maintain safety in the clients home.
Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to speak, read and write in English Must have honesty and integrity Must have at least one year previous experience in care giving for the elderly or have a current CNA certificate Must not have a criminal record which would bar employment Must be able to tolerate a physical workload including standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time Must be able to tolerate a variety of housing conditions Duties and Responsibilities Perform personal assistance services for clients as dictated by client needs/preferences, examples of which include: Assist in personal care such as lifting, turning, dressing, walking, bathing, changing and using the restroom Clean all areas used by client including sweeping, dusting, dishwashing, linen changing and laundry Prepare and administer client meals according to the clients dietary needs and wants Errand running for the client, such as deliver bill payments, mail letters and grocery shopping Transport client in the clients automobile with proper release form and proof of insurance Other responsibilities include: Report any and all violations of clients rights Respect the clients personal property and report any damage, destruction or removal Complete and submit all documentation as designated in a timely manner.
Maintain client confidentiality at all times Maintain professional relationships with the clients Communicate with immediate supervisor of changes in schedule or issues affecting ability to perform assigned duties
