The Compliance Audit Department (CAD) conducts audits to ensure contributions are made in accordance with various collective bargaining agreements and guidelines.
The primary responsibilities of the Auditor are to identify and pursue audit findings due to non-compliance, and to act as a deterrent to non-compliance Job Requirements:Essential Job Functions: Conducts Desktop Audits including review of multiple service contracts, preparation of Multiple Service Contracts Summary, and presents files to Pre-Administrative Review Committee Conducts Loan-out Audits including fieldwork, review and preparation of audit report Conducts Authenticity Audits including fieldwork, review and preparation of audit report Conducts Direct Request Audits including fieldwork, review and preparation of audit report Prepares Authenticity Audit Executive Summary and presents files to management Negotiates and collects contributions on any unreported compensation and liquidated damages Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of basic audit principles Excellent organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Multi-tasker Problem solver with excellent researching skills Strong attention to detail Experience using the following software: Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Pro and Visio Skill in negotiating and resolving complex disputes Skills in creating spreadsheets and/or graphs based on large volumes of data Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Competencies: Customer Focus – Gains insight into customer needs; identifies opportunities that benefit the customer; builds and delivers solutions that meet customer expectations; establishes and maintains effective customer relationships.
