– propose solutions and implement resolutions Performing analysis and make recommendations for special projects relating to salary/wage management, FLSA, job analysis and other compensation related matters.
This role will also: Serve as Project Manager for Compensation projects, including documentation of scope, project plan, and ensuring project team stays on track Ensures all impacted areas of the business (i.e.
