DescriptionLocation: Middletown, NYRate of pay: $16.00 per hour.Shift: Client Friendly Schedule (40hrs)Job Description:This position coaches and mentors individuals within the community, one on one, supporting them to maintain employment and excel in their career.In this role you will:-Coordinates with families, schools, and other service providers-Develop and implement on-the-job training techniques-Collaborates with employer and supported employee ensuring clear communication and feedback.-Assists with job development activities such as visiting potential job sites and attending interviews-Completes necessary and required documentation-Other duties as assignedQualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:-Bachelor’s Degree-Experience working with people in a customer service, coaching capacity.
